Frequently Asked Questions
What are wax melts?
Wax melts are a wickless alternative to scented candles. The wax cubes melt in an aromatherapy burner and gradually release their fragrance into the room, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
How are scented wax melts used?
Break off one or more cubes (depending on the desired intensity) and place them in the top of an aromatherapy burner. An unscented tea light candle is used in the bottom. After approximately 10 minutes of melting, the fragrance will begin to diffuse evenly throughout the room.
How many times can it be reused?
The scented wax can be melted approximately 3-4 times, until the fragrance completely fades. After cooling and solidifying, it can be used again.
What does Petal – Hyacinths smell like?
Petal – Hyacinths is a delicate floral fragrance, inspired by the freshness of blooming hyacinths. Its bright and elegant aroma brings the atmosphere of a spring garden into the home and is suitable for those who prefer natural floral scents.
In which rooms can it be used?
Scented wax is suitable for the living room, bedroom, bathroom, office, or any other space where you desire a subtly scented and relaxing atmosphere.
Can it also be used as a wardrobe air freshener?
Yes. Before melting, the scented wax cubes can be placed in wardrobes, dressing rooms, or drawers, where they will delicately perfume clothes and textiles. After the fragrance fades, they can still be used as wax melts in an aromatherapy burner.
What is MYGRACE scented wax made of?
MYGRACE scented wax is handmade from natural soy wax or a soy-coconut vegetable blend. The fragrances used are premium, IFRA certified, and specially formulated for these types of wax, providing even and long-lasting diffusion.
How long does it perfume a room?
The duration and intensity of the fragrance depend on the room size, ventilation, and the amount of wax used. Generally, one melting session provides several hours of continuous fragrance, and the same wax can be reused until the fragrance fades.

Use & Care Guide
Correct use:
- Before each lighting, shorten the wick to approximately 5 mm to avoid excessive smoke and uneven burning.
- When using for the first time, let the candle burn long enough for the top layer of wax to melt evenly (to the edges), to prevent tunneling.
- Do not leave the candle burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
- Extinguish the candle when approximately 5 mm of wax remains and do not relight it.
Decorative elements:
- Remove all flammable decorative elements before lighting (dried flowers, bows, etc.).
- If there are embedded dried flowers, they can be carefully removed (e.g. with a spatula) after the top layer of wax begins to melt.
Safety:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles away from children and pets.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm between lit candles.
- Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface (we recommend a ceramic tray).
- Avoid drafts (open windows, air conditioning), as they can cause uneven burning or dripping.
- Do not move the candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquid.
Storage:
- Store candles in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid high temperatures to prevent warping or melting.
Helpful tips for a better experience:
- Use a snuffer to avoid smoke and splashing wax.
- If black smoke appears, the wick is too long - extinguish the candle, trim the wick and relight.
- Keep the wax clean, free of debris (matches, burnt wick, etc.).
